One of our dynamic and inclusive SEND school’s who are dedicated to nurturing and educating students with diverse needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), are looking for an experienced HLTA. Their mission is to create a supportive and enriching environment where every child can thrive.

Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate HLTA to support various subjects across the school. Key responsibilities include:

• Helping deliver engaging lessons across various subjects.
• Supporting students with ASC and SLD.
• Collaborating with staff for a cohesive learning experience.
• Adapting teaching methods for diverse learning styles and abilities.

Key Requirements:

• Experience covering lessons across multiple subjects.
• Experience with children with ASC and SLD.
• Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, compassionate, and adaptable.
