Commercially minded Senior Site Manager (Construction) with 2-3 years PM experience who is looking to step into a more operational role

* Experience in Rail

* Maintain/develop relationships with key clients

* Project Management of own projects inc. P&L and applications inc. Variations

* Contractual Awareness and previous experience working with NEC 3 & 4 and JCT

* Competent to create Tender and Construction Programs

* Tracking of all company projects on a monthly basis to assist with forecasting

* Ability to assist with larger tender submissions.

* Develop the company supply chain

* Oversea the company H&S compliance working closely with our H&S consultant

* Assist with company compliance and preparation of audits for ISO and RISQS
