The role Quantity Surveyor

Site based Quantity Surveyor working within a dedicated site team.
The scheme is a £7m refurbishment scheme - converting an existing factory / office into a health care facility.

The scheme is set to run till the end of the year.

Geographically, the company mainly operates within Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire.

You will be joining the Northampton region.

The right person

You will be an experienced Quantity Surveyor

You will have commercial / general contracting experience.

You must have refurbishment experience.

You will have strong IT skills.
