The role - Art Teacher

I am working with a PRU based in Wandsworth that are looking to appoint a new Art Teacher to join their team! In this role you will be working with Y7 - Y11 students with challenging behaviour, you must be a approachable and confident person with experience working with challenging behaviour. As an Art Teacher you must plan and deliver lessons, monitor student progress and report back to the Head of Department. You must have strong curriculum knowledge and experience teaching GCSE level students.

The school - PRU

This PRU is based in Wandsworth that caters for students aged 11 - 16 years old with challenging behaviour. They aim to provide education to secondary-aged pupils who experience difficulties accessing schooling for several reasons or who are not able to maintain a placement at a mainstream school, including pupils with an EHCP. It an inclusive school with a strong commitment to supporting the young people to achieve the best possible outcomes regardless of their special educational needs.
