Team Jobs have a great opportunity to work as an Emissions Certification Engineer, to join our client in Peterborough. Hybrid Working.
Working Hours: 08:30 - 16:45 Mon - Thurs and 08:30 - 16:15 Friday ( Minimum 3 days on site).
Must Have Skills:
- Proven ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
- Process driven individual, with the ability to review and suggest improvements.
- Confident and effective communicator
- Experience with Microsoft office
Desirable Skills:
- Powerbi experience would be useful but not a must.
- 3 Years hands on experience in obtaining engine emissions certification.
- An engineering or legal education background
Main Duties:
- Deploying a clear explanation of engine emissions certification requirements, the associated legal obligations and business processes
- Coaching associated business areas on certification requirements to ensure timely execution of certification work streams
- Leading the execution of engine emissions certifications from receipt of request, through certificate received, to emissions label implementation
- Maintaining owned emissions certificates and associated labels through life of production
- Developing / fostering a collaborative relationship with global governmental agency representatives
