Are you ready to shine in a dynamic environment? We’re looking for a professional and enthusiastic Customer Experience Coordinator to join a prestigious showroom in Cheltenham! This is a fantastic chance for Sparky grads to showcase their customer service and communication skills.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the welcoming face for all walk-in customers
  • Support the brand manager in various tasks
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the brand
  • Allocate sales leads to the Sales Executives
  • Complete daily reports and administrative duties

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience in administration or customer service is essential
  • A strong track record in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
