Job Type: Permanent, FullTime
Salary: £29,000 - £30,000 per annum
Maternity Contract for minimum of 1 year could be more. Hours are 9 to 5 pm Lovely Company close to shopping centre. Job could become Permanent and plenty of other opportunities.
· Sales Ledger Invoicing
· Credit Control
· Online client portals
· Client weekly/monthly applications
· Single/consolidated invoices
· Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system
· Running cost/revenue reports
· Sales ledger reports
· Data entry
· Reconciling sales accounts
Key responsibilities include:
· Sales Ledger Invoicing

Ideal applicant would:
- Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Have experience within the Construction industry
- Knowledge of CAFM (many of our clients use web based portals such as Verisae, Halo, Servicechannel)
- Knowledge of job management system Job Logic would an advantage but not critical.
