An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Business Development Executive or Account Manager to join a market-leading, luxury interior fit-out specialist. Our client has a reputation for excellence, providing the highest quality interior solutions from tableware to linens and other interior accessories. The company provides bespoke solutions to high-end residential, yachting, and private aviation clients across the world. Every project is unique, and the company prides itself on delivering an unparalleled service.

This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Business Development Executive, Account Manager or Key Account Manager with a strong background in the luxury interiors, high-end products or luxury lifestyle sector and someone who is confident networking with a range of clients or HNWI.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (Dependent Upon Experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 am

Duties

Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering excellent service to HNWI's and UHNWI's
Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring repeat business and identifying new sales opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to grow existing accounts in line with company goals.
Manage customer account processes, including contract negotiations and agreements.
Handle client expectations and resolve any challenges effectively.
Utilize CRM software to track key account metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Travel to international networking events, representing the company and networking / selling to new clients 

Requirements

Previous experience in the luxury interiors / product sector
Proven track record in managing a portfolio of accounts
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage high-net-worth clients
Experience using sales CRM's previously.
A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a previous sales role
Sales-driven with a proactive approach to acquiring new business
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally, sometimes on short notice
