UK Staffing Group are currently looking for an experienced Registered Manager for a thriving business managing service users aged 16-18. The successful Registered Manager will join a flourishing company who provide top of the range supported accommodations for children/young adults. You'll be joining a well-established business that values its senior leadership team. As a group they go on holidays and pride themselves on having a friendly, outgoing and collaborative team.

Job Role:

* Using your knowledge and experience of running a quality service you will strive to ensure service users have a smooth transition from care to independent living.

* Managing the support staff within the houses and ensure safeguarding is up to standard.

* Follow Ofsted regulations.

* Attend multi-disciplinary meetings with local authorities, social workers and families.

* Notifications to Ofsted (reg 27)

* Reg 32 (6-month review of service)

* Ensure compliance with the Supported Accommodation 2023 regulations

* Ensure compliance with all other relevant regulations (Health and safety, Fire safety, GDPR etc)

* Ensure effective oversight, conduct audits and spot-checks.

* Build strong relationships with the local authorities

Essential skills/experience required:

* Level 5 health and social care

* Level 3 health and social care

* Familiar with Ofsted/CQC regulations
