Project Manager required to work for a Professional Services business based remotely. However, there may be some travel to Europe on the odd occasion. All travel expenses will be paid for this role.

We need an experienced Project Manager who has come from a Professional Services background ideally (Legal / Law, Insurance, Accountancy etc). Failing that, it has to be the likes of Banking or Blue-Chip / Reputable businesses. You will have EXTENSIVE Third Party Management / Vendor Management experience and you will have delivered Projects within SaaS / Software Delivery / Software Development / Application Development. It is also preferred you are immediately available, or as close to that as possible.

Any SaaS Projects delivered within an Audit & Assurance environment with heavy Compliance & Governance would also be acceptable.

Also, you must have hardened, proven senior business Stakeholder Management skills as you will be facing off to key Stakeholders (business and technology) on a regular basis. We need someone with a good work ethic, a great attitude and someone who gets stuff done! Here is the criteria:

• Immediate availability would be good, or as near to this as possible
• Role is the face of Global IT in the Project Team.
• Acts as a key integral part of a wider project team.
• Solid Third Party / Vendor Management experience, with proven experience how to get the best of out them
• Comfortable challenging suppliers as well as working alongside them to achieve a desired outcome.
• Highly experienced in implementing SaaS and Bespoke Software solution.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, able to clearly define and articulate complex issues to challenging Stakeholders.
• Detail orientated and able to plan and present at both a high and very detailed level.
• Able to present sometimes complex technical solutions to both IT and Business Stakeholders.
• Excellent Risk and Issue management skills, able to anticipate issues before they occur and take proactive preventative measures.
• Experienced in the implementation, review and uplift of IT Managed Services processes and how they apply to a SaaS solution.
• Excellent understanding of SaaS solution test and Assurance, able to offer guidance on plans and other test activities.
• Comfortable in dealing with ambiguity and items that may not fall under a typical PM’s role.
• Comfortable presenting updates across the internal network and sometimes to very senior Stakeholders.
