Role Overview:

A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Senior Staff Nurse to join their Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward. This role involves delivering expert care to children with a wide range of disabilities and neurological conditions, including cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, the Senior Staff Nurse will mentor junior staff and lead the unit in the absence of senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Implement and evaluate care plans for children with complex neurological needs.

What You'll Bring:

* NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support.

* Experience in Paediatric Nursing.

* Desirable: Experience with tracheostomy care.

* Strong communication and clinical governance skills, with an understanding of safeguarding issues.
