Forest Care Selection are currently working in partnership with a national health care provider, who operate specialist services for adults with acquired brain injuries, complex physical disabilities, and individuals requiring rehabilitation.

This quality focused provider has a requirement for a Registered Manager, to oversee and develop their recently recommissioned facility based in Sheffield, Yorkshire, that provides specialist neuro rehab services to individuals.

The Registered Manager in Sheffield, Yorkshire will:
*Oversee a team delivering the highest standards of care to individuals requiring specialist rehab services.
*Lead a multi-disciplinary team to provide the highest standards of person-Centred care.
*Ensure the service is fully compliant with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
*Oversee the budget and financial management of the service.
*Market the service to a range of commissioners and referrers.
*The post holder will ensure that services are compliant with regulatory bodies and best clinical practice

The Registered Manager in Sheffield, Yorkshire will need:
*A positive mindset and have a passion for supporting individuals going through their rehabilitation journey.
*To display good working knowledge of clinical standards and practices with regard to neurological conditions
*To lead and participate in a range of staff and divisional meetings
*The successful candidate will have significant clinical experience and possess managerial skills to lead and develop the clinical team in the Home.
*A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent
*Nursing qualification with active PIN (Preferred)
*Experience of leading and motivating care and multi-disciplinary teams.
*Experience of managing budgets and financial systems
*Excellent knowledge of legislation and statutory requirements.
