The Role: Cover Supervisor
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining classroom continuity during teacher absences. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in education and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities include:

Delivering pre-set lesson plans to secondary school students.
Managing classroom behavior in line with school policies.
Supporting students in their learning and ensuring a positive environment.
Providing feedback to teaching staff after lessons.Requirements:

Confidence in leading a classroom.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
