Day-to-Day of the Role: - Supervise classes for absent teaching staff and invigilate examinations.
- Assist with administrative tasks including the management of classroom resources and student work.
- Engage with students to ensure a productive and disciplined environment.
- Accompany and supervise students on trips and visits, ensuring their safety and positive behaviour.
- Communicate effectively with staff about classroom activities and student progress.
- Support the school’s ethos, helping to create an inclusive and supportive environment for all students.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - A good level of education including GCSE grade C or equivalent in Mathematics and English.
- Experience working with young people is highly advantageous.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to use ICT tools (Word, Excel, SIMS) for administration and learning.
- Flexibility and the ability to respond to changing priorities quickly.
