Import Logistics Coordinator – Uxbridge
Salary: Up to £40,000 + Benefits
Join a leading manufacturer as an Import Logistics Coordinator based in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage and streamline import operations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role does require the successful candidate to have IPR Knowledge (Inward Process Relief).

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating imports, sourcing, repairs, and return material authorization (RMA).
- Collaborate effectively with necessary stakeholders including carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to enhance the import process.
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of customs regulations and trade compliance requirements.
- Manage the IPR (Inward Processing Relief) process, from RMA to Bill of Discharge.
- Preparing and submitting accurate customs clearance instructions as well as other relevant paperwork.
- Working closely with import brokers to resolve issues and ensure compliance surrounding import regulations.
- Organising and maintaining extensive records, ensuring all documentation is complete and accessible for auditing purposes.
- Verifying and reviewing shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with customs regulations.
- Collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth information flow.
- Proactively communicate with external partners to resolve issues and optimize the supply chain process.
Requirements:
- Experience within the organization industry or international transportation, with strong IPR (Inward Process Relief) process knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with SAP or similar systems is advantageous (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or within a team.
