We have an exciting opportunity for a Day Care Enablement Manager to lead and inspire our team in a dynamic and welcoming environment.

As a Day Care Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing a state-of-the-art Enablement Centre, ensuring that individuals receive high-quality support tailored to their unique needs. You will lead a team dedicated to promoting independence, social connection, and meaningful engagement in a vibrant and spacious setting.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team to deliver outstanding Daycare and Enablement Services
Develop and implement person-centred care plans that promote independence and wellbeing
Ensure smooth operation of the large, open-plan Enablement Centre, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Build relationships with individuals, families, and external agencies to continuously improve service delivery
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices

What We're Looking For

SVQ Level 4 or 5 in Leadership and Management
Full UK Driving Licence
Experience in a senior care role - we welcome applicants stepping up from a Senior Carer position if they have experience in leadership or taking on additional responsibilities
A passion for empowering individuals through meaningful activities and person-centred care
