Job Title: Coffee Machine Engineer

Location: London, UK

Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 per annum + Overtime, Call Out

About Us:

We are a leading service provider specialising in the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of coffee machines across London. Our mission is to ensure that our clients always experience the best coffee, delivered through well-maintained and expertly serviced equipment. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Machine Engineer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Service, repair, and maintain a variety of coffee machines, including espresso, bean-to-cup, and filter machines, across various client sites.

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, providing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Perform routine maintenance checks and ensure all equipment is functioning optimally.

Provide excellent customer service, advising clients on machine care and maintenance.

Participate in a call-out rota, responding to urgent service requests.

Work 1 Saturday in every 4 as part of the service schedule.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and parts used.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a coffee machine engineer or in a similar role.

Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of coffee machines.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

Full UK driving license.
