Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced individual to join our team as an Out of Hours On-Call Technician. This role involves providing essential cover for reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) work within the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) sector, alongside performing minor fabric works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responding to reactive M&E job requests during on-call hours.
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks.
* Addressing minor fabric works as required.
* Ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with safety and operational standards.
* Providing excellent service and communication with clients and team members.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in M&E or a related field.
* Ability to work independently and respond promptly to urgent requests.
* Good knowledge of reactive and PPM work processes.
* Own email address required to set up vehicle and fuel card access.
