We are currently seeking a Registered Manager to join our team and lead our care services in Canterbury.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff
Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
Create and implement care plans for service users
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
Manage budgets and resources effectively
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Handle any complaints or concerns in a timely and professional mannerRequirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management role within the social care sector
Registered Manager qualification or willingness to obtain one
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions
Experience in budget management and resource allocation
Proficient in IT and record keeping
