ENVIRONMENT:
LECTURE Information Technology-related modules as the next IT Programming Lecturer sought to fill an Independent Contracting role for a dynamic Academic Institute. You will also assist in the administration and departmental affairs and activities as required by the academic department. You will also conduct Quality Assurance and manage At-risk students. Applicants must have a BSc. Honours Degree in Computer Science/IT or Electrical Engineering with prior lecturing work experience including knowledge of Higher Education practices and processes and relevant research experience.
DUTIES:
Modules to be lectured: Java Programming, C#, Python Programming, Mobile Programming
- Lecturing.
- General administration.
- Set and mark assessments.
- Preparation of notes and additional study materials.
- Quality Assurance.
- Management of At-risk students.
REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications -
- BSc. Honours in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical Engineering.
Experience/Skills -
- Relevant lecturing experience.
- Necessary knowledge of Higher Education practices and processes.
- Relevant research experience.
