Sub-contract package tendering, price negotiation, cost management and final account agreement

Preliminaries cost management

Take-off, sub-contract package BoQ production, tender document setup and price checking

MS Office suite and cost management software

Presentation preparation and cost reporting to management

Experience of new build, industrial sheds advantageous
