• Proven work experience as a Customer Success or Technical Support Manager, or in a similar customer care-oriented/sales-oriented role.
• Experience with client onboarding is a bonus!
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Solid technical skills
• Ability to think creatively and engage with senior management
• Proactive, positive personality with great ideas
• Excellent people skills and an active listener (crucial)
