Job Title: Data Risk & Controls Management AnalystDuration: End of the yearLocation: London – 2/3 HybridPay Rate: £513.86 Umbrella – Inside IR35Role Purpose:We are seeking a Data Risk & Controls Management Analyst to ensure that data controls are effectively deployed and operated across our processes. This role focuses on our Data Usage controls, which mitigate risks associated with disruptions to business services due to inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unavailable data. This is achieved through data definition, data inventory, Trusted Sources & Data Flow, and Data Quality Monitoring & Remediation.Key Accountabilities:
• Regular review of the risk controls environment to ensure the appropriate configuration and management.
• Provide support and guidance to the risk and controls community to ensure that risks are being accurately reflected and managed with appropriate Issues and Action plans raised.
• Provide progress reporting to RCMM on data risk and controls status highlighting areas of progress or particular concern
• Work with 2LOD and the DAO capability leads to review and revise the RTCL, Mandatory Procedures and Operating Instructions to ensure that they remain relevant, complete and provide appropriate data risk management.
• Provide DAO community, GB/GFs and Regions with dashboards on data controls and the level of effectiveness attained, with aggregate DAO views
• Executive dashboard provide highly aggregated, timely views of GB/GF and Regional reporting of data controlsKnowledge & Experience:
