I am currently working with a Financial Services organisation based in the City looking to hire a Delegated Authority Data Assistant to support them in initiatives including data collection and data quality. This organisation holds a broad portfolio across insurance and reinsurance servicing various industries and liability classes. Key Responsibilities:

Taking ownership of data and ensuring DDM and DCOM records are kept up to date
Reviewing Bordereaux data and performing gap analysis where required to maintain data quality
Support with technical assistance where required on Lloyd's platforms such as DDM and DCOM
Liaising with Delegated Authority Underwriting teams on Delegated Authority activities as well as liaising regularly with other stakeholders both internally and externally including Brokers and Coverholders

You must have the below skills and experience:

Good knowledge of delegated authority and bordereaux data
Have worked in a role previously with bordereaux data and are able to input and maintain data records with a high level of accuracy
Have an understanding of the underwriting market preferably having worked as part of a Lloyd's syndicate
Be professional and self motivated - willing to work as part of a team and show a passion and eagerness to work within this field

This role will be permanent, the organisation does offer a hybrid working pattern where you will be required to be in London two days per week.
