My client is looking for a motivated and proactive Property Manager to join their Property Services team. What You'll Be Responsible For:
As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing your portfolio and fostering strong relationships with clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Client Relations: Serving as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants, delivering outstanding communication and maintaining strong partnerships.
- Property Inspections: Conducting pre-tenancy and mid-tenancy checks, offering valuable feedback, and building trust with clients.
- Maintenance Coordination: Managing maintenance issues effectively, working with contractors to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes.
- End-of-Tenancy Coordination: Handling deposit negotiations, deductions, and resolving disputes when necessary.
- Financial Management: Overseeing costs, managing arrears, and working closely with the finance team.
- Compliance & Insurance: Ensuring legal requirements are met, managing insurance claims, and staying up to date with all contractual obligations.
- Administrative Duties: Overseeing utility transfers, council updates, meter readings, and invoice approvals.
- Regulatory Oversight: Maintaining compliance with renewals for EPCs, EICRs, Gas Safety checks, and other property regulations.

- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Location: Earlsfield HQ
