Role Responsibilities - Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their tax needs are met with accuracy and efficiency
- Preparing annual tax returns for individuals and partnerships, including electronic filing
- Liaising with HMRC to address and resolve enquiries
- Working directly with clients and third parties to gather the necessary information for tax returns
- Collaborating with the accounts team to provide seamless service to clients
- Preparing P11d forms and capital gains tax computations, ensuring correct electronic filing
- Reviewing PAYE codes and providing personal tax advice to clients
- Conducting tax research and staying informed on the latest tax regulations
- Mentoring and supporting junior tax team members

Candidate Requirements - ATT/CTA qualified, studying, or equivalent experience in a compliance-focused role
- Minimum of three years’ experience in personal tax compliance
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a client-centric approach
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines
- A proactive, commercial mindset focused on delivering high-quality service
- Experience with Iris suite of programs and Microsoft Suite is beneficial
