By collaborating with external organizations and employers, we ensure that each person receives the tailored assistance they need to secure sustainable, fulfilling careers.Role and Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of unemployed individuals, providing support, training, and guidance to overcome employment barriers and achieve sustainable employment.
  • Conduct needs assessments, co-design action plans, improve CVs, enhance interview techniques, identify job opportunities, and monitor progress.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, tailoring support, motivating, coaching, and challenging them to reach their potential and secure sustainable employment.
  • Conduct regular case reviews, provide ongoing advice and guidance, and refer to specialist stakeholders as needed to ensure continuous progress.
  • Meet performance and targets as required by contracts, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals set by the Department Manager.
  • Provide in-work support to help individuals maintain employment and well-being, identifying and mitigating risks to meet objectives and goals.
Skills:
  • Proven track record of successfully working to targets and managing a caseload of participants to achieve their goals.
  • Experience working with external stakeholders, including employers, local authorities, health services, and voluntary organisations, to support participant progression.
  • Expertise in supporting, motivating, and advising participants with complex barriers to employment or social inclusion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise tactfully and diplomatically at all organisational levels.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet multiple deadlines, and demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach.
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and understand data protection.
