Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Field Sales Manager to oversee and enhance retail sales operations in the Maldives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute retail sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage and lead a team of retail sales representatives, ensuring high performance and motivation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
- Ensure consistent implementation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities across retail outlets.
- Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports to track progress and inform decision-making.
- Conduct regular visits to retail outlets to ensure adherence to brand standards and sales objectives.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
