SEN Teaching Assistant

Classroom Support are excited to be working with a SEN school in Wandsworth who are looking to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants. The school support children and young adults across both Primary and Secondary settings with ASD, PMLD and moderate to severe learning difficulties.

The positions will start on a temporary basis with the possible option of going permanent after a set number of weeks working through Classroom Support.

Please see below the requirements for the roles. Please note candidates with a care background are also considered.

* The pay rate is between £85 and £95 per day dependent on experience.

* Experience of moving and handling people and supporting children and/or adults with medical needs or PMLD is highly advantageous.

* Experience supporting students within SEN school's or candidates with strong experience of Autism is preferred.

* Being of a kind, caring and compassionate nature.

* Must have or be willing to pay for a DBS and register on the update service.
