SUPPORT MANAGER

42.5 hours per week

39 weeks per annum

£27,711- £30,060 FTE

We are working with an Ofsted 'Outstanding' SEN School Trust that is seeking a Support Manager to join them on a permanent basis.

This Support Manager role will be based on one of their sites that cares for young people between the ages of 8-16 with a primary diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC).

They are seeking someone who has:

* NVQ Level 3/4 or equivalent

* Experience working with challenging behaviour.

* SECID experience

* Communication and organisational skils

* Experience implementing behaviour

* Driving license

You would be the ideal caniddate if you also had:

* Behaviour management training.

* Classroom expeirence
