We have an opportunity for a Hire Desk Controller based in Dudley for one of our clients on a full—time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established plant and machinery hire with sites across the UK.

Responsibilities of the Hire Desk Controller

Manage hire fleet stock and sales stock.
Complete workshop work orders.
Undertake admin on stock orders and amendments.
Manage vehicles and drivers.
Carry out basic service of hire fleet items.
Complete administration duties for hire contracts on hire and off hires.
Requirements for a successful Hire Desk Controller

Previous plant/tool hire experience is essential.
Strong administrative skills.
Good understanding of Health and Safety.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 
Summary of the Hire Desk Controller role 

Salary: £25,000 - £26,000
Location: Dudley
Type of Contract: Permanent 
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
