Business Development Manager!

Location: UK Based (Office within the Midlands)
Reporting To: Commercial Director
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Are you a dynamic, results-driven professional ready to lead and expand business opportunities? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth with both new and existing customers.

What You'll Do:

* Seek and evaluate new business opportunities, negotiating and closing high-level deals.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at all levels.

* Deliver on sales objectives, forecast growth, and maintain a 5-year business plan.

* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and financials to identify profitable opportunities.

* Coordinate internal teams to ensure project and customer needs are met on time.

What We're Looking For:

* Proven track record in sales and business development, ideally within 1st/2nd Tier Automotive or Industrial sectors.

* Strong negotiation skills and a history of winning new business.

* Engineering knowledge (preferred) and experience with lean manufacturing processes.

* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

* A self-motivated, go-getter attitude with the ability to thrive under pressure.

Requirements:

* Degree or HNC (preferably in Engineering) or equivalent experience.

* IT proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

* Full UK driving license.
