Supply Chain Administrator - Part-Time job share
📍 Location: ME15 0DR Rural Maidstone - Easily accessible from Maidstone, Staplehurst, Marden, Tonbridge
⏳ Hours: 9am - 5pm (3 to 4 days per week) within Monday - Thursday
💰 £23-25,000 pro rata

Your Role Will Include:

✔ Stock analysis and reporting to maintain accurate inventory levels
✔ Purchasing essential products to meet customer order requirements
✔ Monitoring and resolving stock shortages and out-of-stock issues
✔ Chasing supplier deliveries and handling product returns
✔ Booking in deliveries and maintaining supply chain records
✔ Supporting the Supply Chain Manager in administrative tasks

What We're Looking For:

✔ Strong administrative skills with experience in supply chain, purchasing, or stock control
✔ Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
✔ Proficiency in Excel and other business software
✔ Great communication and relationship-building abilities
✔ Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
