Job Description:

As a Die Tooling Engineer, you will play a key role in the introduction of new model dies and the improvement of production processes. You will be responsible for supporting die trials, collaborating with international teams, and ensuring high-quality tooling efficiencies. This role requires hands-on expertise in die tooling, troubleshooting, and optimizing production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead projects related to new model die trials.

* Support new model die trials with international teams.

* Develop and create new die processes from customer CAD models.

* Oversee the manufacture of hot and cold model dies, ensuring efficiency and quality.

* Drive improvements in reducing downtime and enhancing tooling efficiencies.

* Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.

Skills & Experience:

* NVQ Level 4 qualification in Tool, Die, Mould, or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.

* Previous experience as a Die Tooling Engineer in a manufacturing environment.

* Strong knowledge of die and press processes.

* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Strong communication and leadership abilities.

* Understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
