Accounts Assistant | £14 - £18 per hour | 3 month interim | Hybrid | Manchester:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with an excellent public sector organisation in Manchester who are looking to recruit an Account Assistant to their growing team on a initial 3 month interim basis, with a strong potential to be extended. The role offers hybrid working, flexi time and many other great benefits.

Duties:

• Provide support to the wider finance team and deliver accurate financial information
• Responsible for handling all finance related queries and offering solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
• Assist with the month end process and upload invoices accurately
• Responsible for setting up new supplier accounts and the system

Experience:

• Experience working in a similar role, ideally within the wider not-for-profit or public sectors
• Great excel skills and experience using Oracle, Sage or Integra
• Excellent analysis skills and strong understanding of transactional finance
• Available to start next role on immediately or on a short notice and can commute to Manchester 3 days a week
