Day-to-day of the role: - Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain student records and ensure data accuracy in the school management system.
- Assist with the coordination of school events, meetings, and activities.
- Provide administrative support to the school leadership team and teaching staff.
- Handle inquiries from parents, students, and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is well-organised.
- Assist with the enrolment and registration process for new students.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with school management software.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
