Role: Internal Sales Executive
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (full time office based)
Salary: £25,000

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll be the go-to person. Making outbound calls to current and prospective customers, negotiating prices, preparing quotes, and maintaining solid customer relationships - you'll be the face and voice of the sales team.

What you'll do:
* Reach out to potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions
* Build lasting customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
* Prepare price quotes, manage sales enquiries, and handle orders from start to finish
* Work alongside marketing, technical support, and sales management to drive business growth
You're perfect for this role if you:
* Have at least 1 year of telesales or general sales experience
* Love chatting with customers, resolving their concerns, and closing the deal
* Are organised, detail-oriented, and know how to juggle multiple tasks
