Job Role: Project Coordinator

Location: Chesterfield (S43)

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum (negotiated on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Overview:

My client is a market leading manufacturer, installer & service provide for security alarm and personal call systems, established in 1992 and with an expanding portfolio of projects and clients, they provide services to various clients and have Engineers based in several parts of the UK. They are looking for a highly motivated individual to join their priority service (PPS) team based out of their office in Duckmanton, Chesterfield. The successful candidate will work directly for the Managing Director providing support, updates and any other related tasks, you will also work alongside other members of the Priority Service team to ensure projects are completed as agreed.

Upon joining the company, you will be given full training including spending some time with the installation team/engineer, shown how to use internal IT systems and given a breakdown on how the business operates. Key functions:

* Assist the Managing Director PPS and take responsibility for key functions as set out by senior management.

* Provide support to the Service and Installation departments

* Answer phones and log faults reported into our service software

* Quote for new maintenance agreements and adhoc planned maintenance

* Provide out of hours support on a rota basis to engineers and the out of hours helpdesk

* Responsible for booking travel and accommodation for engineers

* Liaise with internal staff to ensure projects are running smoothly

Qualifications and Experience:

* NVQ or higher in electronic engineering

* Strong IT skills

* Experience of working in a Service and Installation environment within the electronic security industry or similar

* Good communication skills and written English

* Full clean driving license
