Complaints experience is essential for this customer service role, alongside a calm manner and a real desire to resolve issues in a constructive and helpful manner.
Our client is a blue-chip company who offer second-to-none customer service. This role is specialising in complaints, taking escalated complaints from the first-line customer service team.
You will be accurate in documenting your conversations - taking complaints by telephone and email and ensuring all detail is placed on the database. This is an involved role and you will liaise with your Team Lead regarding any potential issues, suggesting solutions and agreeing on a path forward.
You will submit reports to the management team summarising the status and detail of your complaints alongside actions taken and to be taken.
Your role will involve building relationships with internal teams using their knowledge and skills to support your complaints resolution and advising on any issues.
Experience of Final Response letters would be advantageous.
You will be working to agreed SLAs.
