Our client, a successful, high-growth global Alternative Investment Manager, is looking to recruit a Middle Office Associate, in Central London (Mayfair) that invests across the capital structure in a range of asset classes, industries and geographies and has enjoyed exponential growth since its inception.
The firm has three business lines: Real Estate, Corporate and Credit Products. For the Real Estate portfolio, we are seeking a Big 4 newly/recently qualified Chartered Accountant, with a good academic record of achievement, and a specialism in the auditing of Real Estate funds.
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Initiatives, responsibilities include: - Collaborating with the Front Office to ensure timely and accurate execution of investment transactions - Maintaining and update internal databases and systems related to private asset holdings - Assisting in the processing and reconciliation of private asset transactions, including capital calls, distributions and fund valuations - Supporting the monitoring and reporting of portfolio performance, providing insights and analyses to senior team members - Assisting in the preparation of regular reports for internal stakeholders and investors -
Contributing to the development and enhancement of operational processes and procedures - Participating in projects aimed at improving efficiency and accuracy in the Middle Office function - Ensuring that all financial activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies
