Supply Desk is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join a school near Great Kingshill. If you're keen to make a positive impact and help students develop essential life skills, this role is for you.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one or group support to students who require additional behavioural guidance
Work closely with teaching staff to develop tailored support plans
Encourage positive behaviour and emotional development in students
Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to staff and parents
Lead or assist with intervention programs for students struggling with behaviour
Support students in the classroom and during school activities to promote positive social interaction
Assist in maintaining a safe and inclusive school environment
The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with children, particularly in a behaviour support role
Be patient, empathetic, and approachable
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have the ability to motivate and engage students with challenging behaviour
Be adaptable and resourceful
A background in education, psychology, or a related field would be beneficial but not essential
