Class People are currently recruiting for a Primary School teacher for a long term position in Oxfordshire. This is a long term position starting in February until the end of the academic year and for Year 5.

Company Overview: Class People are an independently run, family business specialising in the education sector. Class People was established over 20 years ago by our CEO who at the time was a supply teacher herself who wanted to create a better, more personalised service for client and candidate.

Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering interactive and engaging lessons to meet the diverse needs of students.
Teach following the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school.
Help maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
Engage learners with both classroom and out of classroom activites.
Promote positive behaviour and inclusive environment amongst the students.
Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet the individual needs of the students.

Assess and monitor students' progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.

What you will need to be a part of the Class People team:

Ability to engage and motivate learners.
A valid right to work in the UK
Strong classroom leadership and management skills
Previous experience in a similar education setting preferred but not essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and the school community.
