We’re looking for a People Partner who will partner with GMs and Head of Departments.
You’ll be working alongside the People Manager, People Operations team and the wider People team to deliver the People Agenda through regular discussion and engagement with your clubs, sharing insights and spotting trends and opportunities which will help shape future people team goals. Employee Experience
- You will support leaders with advice, information and practical tools to maximise employee experience; you will also support with the roll-out of the bi-annual engagement survey, and using the data to make informed decisions and drive people strategy.
- You will also deliver the people induction on a monthly basis to new starters from across the business, and be an expert across the employee lifecycle from onboarding, probation, retention, growth and onboarding.
- You will be a true DEI advocate, championing an inclusive environment - addressing and higlighting areas where this is challenged to and drive action.
Business Partnering & Data and Insights- You will partner with General Managers and Heads of Departments, to coach, consult and mentor on all people-related matters.
- You will be as expert on providing advice on HR policies, procedures and people matters, collaborating with GM's, Head of Departments and the winder People team.
Data & Insights- Using the People data, you will analyse and provide insight to GM's, reporting trends to drive people action plans in line with the People targets within clubs.
- You’ll work closely with the People Operations team to ensure efficient processes and data accuracy, in order to deliver a high standard of service to clubs.
- You will take ownership for your club data - headcount, attrition, retention etc. and feed up into club leadership and wider People team.
Talent Management
- You’ll drive a culture of on-going feedback and development through feedback and goal setting, L&D offerings and a robust Talent/Succession Plan. Your role will be to conduct and drive club talent planning sessions, coaching and challenging leaders where appropriate with develop/engage/retain initiatives.
- You'll support champion and implement the work done by the Talent Development Manager/Head of People/Talent Acquisition team.
Employee Relations
- You’ll provide trusted advice across the employee life cycle for all stakeholders, within club such as employee relations, onboarding, benefits and recognition.
- You’re responsible for the delivery of Employee Relations training and upskilling as needed
- You’ll provide end-to-end Employee Relations case management support in compliance with legislation, promoting self-service and anticipating issues before they arise where possible
People Team Support
- You will report to the People Manager and People Partner to support on projects where necessary and identify trends across clubs.

About You
We’re looking for an HR generalist with a strong understanding and experience across the full employee lifecycle, possessing a growth mindset, driven by curiosity, and a willingness to try new things. You will need to have experience dealing with ER issues from start to finish, along with the ability to balance strong understanding of current employment law with appropriate emotional intelligence and judgement. You will also need to have a collaborative approach and have the ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders to gain trust to effectively influence and challenge stakeholders where appropriate. Furthermore, you will need to demonstrate your experience in using People data to drive strategy.
