£30,000 - £40,000 + Flexible Working Hours (40 hour weeks)

Are you an AutoCAD Engineer looking to join a well-established company who have gone from strength to strength for the past 100 years, providing blue chip companies with packaging solutions?

Do you want to be part of a close knit team to create boxes, straps, packaging and PVC covers for a wide range of products and parts?

On offer is an exciting opportunity for an AutoCAD Engineer to join a stable company who support the big hitters in the aerospace and defence industries. This company are a family run business and have a team of highly experienced engineers with a passion for the industry.

In this role you will design 2D and 3D packaging products on AutoCAD or other CAD software, assisting on large scale logistics projects. Each day will be different with varied companies and projects. You will have flexibility with your working hours so long as all work is completed in your 40 hours.

The ideal Design Engineer will have experience using AutoCAD and be keen to work on large scale projects with companies that specialize in the automotive and defence industries.

THE ROLE:

• 2D and 3D design for boxes and packaging for specific products and parts
• Team environment to work through projects effectively
• Deadlines and briefs for autonomous working

THE PERSON:

• Experience using AutoCAD for 2D and 3D designs
• Keen to work on designing packaging for cutting edge manufacturing parts
• Local to Northampton
