GVR Solutions are currently representing an existing and well-established client based in London whom are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join their Drylining and Facades team

As a Contracts Manager, you will:

*

Overseeing and managing projects

*

Attend pre-start & progress meetings with Client and Contractor.

*

Regularly liaising with Quantity Surveyors, Designers, Site managers and production to ensure successful project delivery.

*

Providing relevant information for a successful project, design information, survey information, budget, time frame, health and safety, procurement schedule and RAMS.

*

Project reporting - risks, solutions, cost, time frames and solutions.

*

Managing project accounts

*

Managing and liaising with Installation teams to make sure labour is sourced correctly, working efficiently, working to time frames and working to health and safety rules.

*

Overseeing procurement and deliveries.

*

Meeting Clients & Contractors to discuss upcoming project requirements and products.

*

Make sure compliance is implemented throughout the project

*

Liaise with Design teams and internal management to ensure health & safety and Quality Standards

*

Liaise with Client and ensure Client Satisfaction through-out the project

The Drylining Contracts Manager must have/be:

A detailed knowledge of drylining

*

Proven leadership

*

A proven track record of delivery

*

Excellent oral and communication skills

*

A stable employment history

*

Strong attention to detail

*

Organised

*

Able to manage multiple projects
