We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join a leading FM Contractor. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

HVAC Engineer Responsibilities:

* Install, inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating units, air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and refrigeration units

* Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions using schematics and technical manuals

* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning coils and filters

* Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and efficiency

* Collaborate with team members to complete projects within specified timeframes

* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions

* Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

HVAC Engineer Qualifications:

* Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer or similar role

* Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance

* Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

* Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team

* Proficient in air conditioning systems installation, maintenance, and repair

* Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
