We are looking for a dedicated Service Driver/Valeter to join our team at Škoda Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service.

As part of our Aftersales Team, you will be responsible for vehicle collection and delivery, ensuring cars are freshly valeted before returning them to customers. You will also maintain the valet bay to a high standard, contributing to the overall efficiency of the service department.

Are you the right person for us?

Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Driver/Valeter in a dealership or automotive environment
Experience in customer-facing roles with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Experience using pressure washers, high-powered vacuums, and cleaning chemicals (following health & safety guidelines)

A Full UK Driving Licence and eligibility to work in the UK

Collect and deliver customer vehicles for servicing, repairs, and maintenance
Carry out a complimentary wash & vacuum before returning vehicles to customers
Maintain the valet bay to high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Work efficiently within the Aftersales Team to support smooth service operations
Provide exceptional customer service in all interactions
