About the Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital academic and emotional support to students with special educational needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with SEN in one-to-one or small group settings
• Support the delivery of individualised learning plans and activities
• Foster student's emotional and social development
• Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to ensure inclusive learning for all
• Empower students to gain independence and confidence through tailored support

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs
• Patience, understanding, and strong communication skills
• A proactive and flexible approach to teaching
• Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential
• A willingness to develop professionally and grow within your career
• Candidates who hold enhanced DBS Certificates
