My client is looking to hire a experienced Credit Hire litigator who is responsible for your own credit hire caseload who can work with autonomy, negotiating liability and settlements using all available tools and relevant caselaw, ensuring we achieve the best settlements as promptly as possible.

The successful candidate must have strong technical Credit Hire knowledge and previous experience of handling multi-track RTA and Credit Hire claims.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ Years Credit Hire recovery experience
• Client care skills
• Problem solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good administration and organisational skills
