* Lead complex ER cases, investigations, and change management projects while fostering fairness and compliance.

* Partner with HR and Legal teams to navigate employment risks and strengthen employee relationships.

* Ideal candidates have broad HR expertise, knowledge of European employment law, and a strategic mindset. Biopharma experience and multilingual skills are a plus
